WEBXCOM — Effective Date: March 1, 2026

1. Overview

WEBXCOM is a web-based gaming platform that allows users to create and manage game accounts, participate in the marketplace, and interact with other players.

By accessing or using WEBXCOM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Eligibility

To use WEBXCOM, you must:

4. Game Profiles and In-Platform Transfers

WEBXCOM allows users to list, exchange, and transfer game profiles through the in-platform marketplace. By participating in transfers, you acknowledge:

  • •All transfers are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed
  • •You are solely responsible for verifying the details of any transfer before confirmation
  • •WEBXCOM does not guarantee the outcome of any marketplace transaction
  • •Misuse of the transfer system may result in account suspension

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

  • •Impersonating another user or providing false information
  • •Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
  • •Using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts without prior written consent
  • •Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
  • •Uploading or distributing malicious code or content
  • •Engaging in any activity that disrupts or degrades platform performance
  • •Violating any applicable local, national, or international law

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to WEBXCOM (e.g., profile images, descriptions, messages). By submitting content, you grant WEBXCOM a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform assets — including but not limited to the WEBXCOM name, logo, interface design, and original content — are the exclusive property of WEBXCOM and its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform assets without explicit written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

WEBXCOM is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • •Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform
  • •The accuracy or completeness of any information on the platform
  • •The fitness of the platform for any particular purpose

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WEBXCOM and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform.

This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of game profiles, or disputes arising from marketplace transactions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you are found to be in violation of these terms or if continued access poses a risk to other users or the platform.

You may delete your account at any time via the withdrawal page. Upon deletion, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are material, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of WEBXCOM after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
